Recently, many companies have focused on the financial level rather than the happiness of employers. There are various reasons for this attitude, such as economic pressure, it might be time and budget wasting. In terms of the solutions, companies might establish inclusive work environments and provide professional development opportunities.

In several countries today, it is more popular for young generations to take training that offer real working situation than to attending university. I strongly agree with this because these training promote real work skills, while at the same time, enhancing our mental hardiness. In this essay, I will explain my opinion further.

Many people think that there is an impressive challenge to cause children to take books and read them. I absolutely agree with this opinion because right now a lot of kids do not enjoy perusing and prefer video games and other activities. So what people are able to do to solve this problem? I am going to write some advice to make reading better.

However, I firmly believe that there are practical solutions to address this issue, which I will clearly outline in this essay.

Some people argued that cities should ban cars and public transport from their centres, allowing only bicycles.I totally agree with this statement for the reasons that it would bring numerous benefits to the environment,public health and urban life.

Nowadays, the advancement of technology has considerably facilitated the language translation. As a result, some people think that learning a foreign language is useless. In my opinion, I do not agree with this concept, as I believe that learning a foreign language can lead to numerous benefits.

There is a report showing that children seem to be more willing to talk to their pets about their problems rather than sharing with their siblings. Meanwhile, more families consider their pets as a member of family. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement.

Today's advertising often present products as new and innovative to grab consumers' attention. While this tactic offers potential advantages, it also has downsides, leading to mixed effects on society.I absolutely agree with the negative representations. Some practical measures are going to be argued in this essay.

Some people believe that children should learn about recycling of the waste materials from home. While others believe that educational institutes should teach them about this. Children spend most of the time at home with their parents, so they are mainly responsible for teaching their kids about recycling. However, schools these days charge so much frok parents in terms of certain activities and children these days spend more time in the schools, because of their timings so they should take this responsibility. I will explain further with examples.

There is also an argument that, other people think that online learning is more beneficial. This essay will analyze this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.

Autonomous vehicles will significantly impact transportation and replace human-driven cars buses and trucks.I would believe that Driverless vehicles reduce accidents and traffic. Despite potential risks, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, leading to more efficient travel.

For decades, raising children has been the responsibility of every parent throughout the world. As a consequence of this, people believe that every mother and father should take additional courses to be ideal parents. It has both sides of an argument, but from my personal perspective, it is important to have a special session to me more calmly and have a good conversation skills with their kids.

So what do you think, is it a negative or positive development? In my opinion, it has mostly a positive impact on our lives, but of course, we can't ignore the negative sides as well.

In some discussions surrounding success in sports is the most critical factor in mental health, while others argue that in physically it holds greater importance. I assume that mental health plays a more important role than physical conditioning. Having a strong and fit body is important for performance, but mental strength and well-being can also make a big difference.
