Other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extent do the advantages of having an ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?

The trend of longer life expectancy, mainly thanks to the advanced knowledge and medical technology, has become an essential point to consider in various countries. Some people claim that an ageing society causes negative aftermath, while others argue that it can be somehow beneficial. From my perspective, the disadvantages of having an elderly population overwhelmingly outweigh the advantages.

Many say that language tutor needs to focus on not judging students who do badly at work, but encouraging students while exhibiting well. My opinion on this view is that I can not support this argument, and I prefer that teachers should give enough comments on the shortcomings of students to remind them of the points they need to improve.

In my opinion, it does not only depend on the government but parents also play a crucial role. Therefore I disagree with this statement, that the regime is only responsible.
