In contemporary society, there is a discernible shift in the eating habits and lifestyle of children compared to those of previous generations. This transformation has sparked a debate about its impact on children's health. While some argue that these changes have adversely affected their well-being, I contend that the situation is more nuanced, and a comprehensive assessment reveals both positive and negative aspects.
