Those who have the desire to possess a house tend to do some research about the history of the new house before purchasing it. There are several reasons why they are doing this activity, and this essay will explain which approaches they can use.

some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foriegn language at primary school rather than secondary school. do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

This is controversial for students to be taught a foreign vocabulary start. The first statement it is better to teach at an elementary academy, but some people believe it is a perfect solution to learn it at a secondary academy. I do not think it is essential for a student to learn a foreign language at school.

In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In modern times, companies are persuading individuals that they are selling new goods in the advertisement for the brand due to the competition between businesses, besides, depending on new items to appeal to more customer eyes on a specific brand to increase their sales. I believe that this improvement has an advantageous impact on the quality of items. Businesses are publishing that their products are new for two main reasons: To begin with, most companies are competitive therefore, they must be up-to-date to follow up with other businesses and to keep their brand in the market. The second reason for this phenomenon is to attract more buyers to increase the company income by advertising for new products.

Should governments or teachers be responsible for what is to be taught in schools?

In modern day society, it is essential for a child to be educated in order for him or her to have success later on in life. Children are typically educated in schools, which are run by the government. The government officials therefore decide what is taught to the children and what is not. Personally, I believe that it is better if governments are responsible for the subject matter covered in school and not the teachers.

In terms of humanity behaviours, exploring with new activities always helps to feel enjoyment. Numerous people can be innovative in their opinions by experiencing new things just like visiting various areas and try to eat unfamiliar meals while, others have a tendency of staying on things that they have already known.

Nowadays, it is said that violence during break times at schools is rising nevertheless, parents might insist to their children not to be reactive towards a possible attack. Children seem to be more exposed to cruel images throughout this times as with the rise of the internet they have more access to specific platforms where they could watch this type of scenes.

Nowadays there is a great concern over the unrenewable natural resources depleting. It is suggested to substitute the fashionable and new products by durable ones and the government was requested to oversee its happening with preventing the continuous new product purchases. It is noteworthy to bear in mind that this solution can save the remained resources; however, I believe it is not workable. The following essay will discuss two rationales that support my belief.

there is no denying that these days are persons whom preferer to obtain their daily reports through online news, because they have rapidly access to updated data, also the report online brings convenience and diverse entries or search. However, exists important drawbacks such as fake news and a significant increase in unemployment in the mass-media field.

It has been widely discussed for many people about the better age to complete the secondary education. Some people believe that the best age is definitely the 18. I totally agree whit this affirmation as I believe that people have more emotional and affective mature.
