There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over the lack of money management skill of graduating high school student. I think we need to tackle the root cause and formulate some solutions to this problem.

Opinions are divided on whether violence on media has a positive or a negative influence on society. In my opinion, violent behaviour on media is responsible for the serious problems in the community, since crime rate is increasing day by day, as well as, in the coming generations, people are becoming indifferent towards each other.

Nowadays in some areas around the globe purchasing own accommodations is more significant than renting one for residents. There are multiple causes why this is the case. From my point of view ,this belief can be extremely harmful.

Nowadays, technology plays vital role in humans life. However with the advancement of technology internet replaces the books and other paper based material. I agreed with the statement as due to the websites the life is much easier and cost effective as compared to buying books for different studies.

art in many cases, with the development of technology, has become the fundamental source of income for artists and the majority of people praise them as their idols, whereas scientists do not have obtained any attention as artists do so. I completely agree with the idea of people these days seems to enjoy more arts than current expanding technology.

Recent years have witnessed the development of the cities, which has aroused a heated debate of whether we should knock down the old building to replace new building. View on this issue vary from person to person. From my point of view, all things in their being are good for thing , including the old building, so it is not necessary to knocked them down.

Well, it is a common issue arise in today's world that global warming is increased due to human interference. The main reasons for it is over consumption of coal and petroleum, and degradation. While each has its own perks, I would contend that it is optimal to combine both opinions.

Some people are of the opinion that they should have complete rights to consume freshwater as they wish while supporters of the opposite viewpoint state that this valuable resource should be strictly monitored by authorities. From my very own point of view, the former makes more sense and this will be explained thoroughly with evidence and justifications.

Nowadays, teenagers are supported to do the community work in their free time which is made some people think that youngsters should not get wage from this kind of job. And this might be benefits for them. From my judging, I believe that people should get paid whatever the job is.

It is commonly believed that children learn foreign languages better compared to the adults. In my opinion, people can easily master overseas languages in their childhood and they should not delay it after teenage.
