Some people believe that it is the responsibility of individuals to take care of their own health and diet. Others however believe that governments should make sure that their citizens have a healthy diet. Discuss both views and give your opinion

It is important to have a balanced diet by people as it will obviously increase the healthiness of themselves. However, some argue that it is the responsibilty of government to make sure their citizens to have a healthy food. in this essay i will give my opinion as it is important to have a nutritios diet by individual while government support to the same.

People nowadays spend their free time less actively than in the past. Do you agree or disagree?

Development of communications affect people to spend their free time on computer or mobile phone more than others activities, in particular online and offline games, social media, and entertainment programs. However, there are many reasons lead to believe that people nowadays spend their free time more activity than in the past through co-space and widely expanding an information from a social network.

Research indicates that the characteristics we are born with have much more influence on our personality and development than any experiences we may have in our life. Which do you consider to be the major influence?

Our personality and development are influenced by the characteristics we are born, in particular these perform in our behaviors and when we need to solve a problem. However, experiences have more reasons than what many have been led to believed, through phases people always learn and adjust themselves, and time is significant.

Many people believe that the public libraries should only provide books and should not waste their money on expensive hi-tech media,such as software, DVDs or Videos. Do you agree or disagree?

In today's learning environment , public libraries have come out as a sound source for more exposure to knowledge. In the society, there is a group of people who believe that the funds and donations raised by public libraries must be used for copying hard copies and getting more books from it but the other part argues that the money must be used to get access to hi-tech technolgy . I agree to the later and oppose the former part.
