Over the past decades, it has been observed that technology has great impacts on the ways of buying and selling. While some aged people prefer traditional shopping ways, I firmly believe that technological advancement leads to purchasing alternatives.

There is no doubt that making decisions is one of the necessary parts in the company. Most individuals view only directors have to solve problems, while others see it as something wrong and principal staff should participate in the problem-solving and decision making processes. I totally agree that employees should have an opportunity to add their own opinions.

In regards that, half of people thinks, those big skyscrapers in cities should be constructed by the government authorities. While I find this view of some people justifiable to some extent, I also argue that construction should be under controlled by person or company who making that building.

It is argued that problems can happen if there is a permission for employees to work after the age of 60. I agree with this statement. Old folk tend to master new skills slower than the youngster, therefore, an efficiency might decrease and they struggle to accommodate for new conditions.

Leadership quality is one of the key features in which a person could be able to exaggerate self-esteem. Any buildings and houses have the unique past stories. In the current day and age, a lot of people find the history of living apartment as an interesting story. In my personal opinion, the main influenced thing is the historical value for the whole nation.
