The world has many towns and cities constructed in previous centuries that were more suitable and liveable for people in those times than they are now. What problems will this cause? What can be done to solve these problems?

It is a matter of fact, that cities and towns which have been built in previous centuries are not constructed for nowadays worlds lifestyle. This can lead to lack of space for individuals, cars and public transports and, in addition, the buildings could not meet the infrastructural requirements. This essay is going to analyze the issues that old construction cause and will try to find the most suitable solutions for these problems.

It is claimed that all workers deserve much longer weekends while working fewer days during a week. I completely agree with this claim as the jobs are becoming more and more mentally as well as physically demanding. Several consumables are produced rich in sugar, which results in health deterioration. It is believed that the price of such products should be higher to discourgae consumers from using more sugar. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with that statement, as there is better method to use, and price increase would only affect the less wealthy group in society.

Several Individuals have an opine that to solve clogging on streets authorities should operate free transportation system across the cities on 24/7 basis. It will create lots of issues for authorities as in night times criminal will use it for crime purpose. Providing security to women, senior citizens and kids will be a major challenge. The cost of providing free transport will be recovered from taxpayer, which will result in increasing taxes on salaried class. I whole heartedly disagree with the notion that free transportation should be provided on 24/7 basis.

Some governments think that to tackle this problem, They should reassign park land for residential progress because this park land might be better for new buildings. I agree with that because park lands have more green and most of them are located in central areas.

For some people travelling to foreign countries can be avoided by reading books, watching movies or surf on the world wide web. Few employers offer subsidized membership of gym and sports club for their employees. This will motivate employees to work out and remain fit. Whereas others feel that it’s a complete waste of time for them and they do not engage themselves in any sort of physical activity. While the former view of employer is motivating and provide health option to employees as compared to the latter view of employees.
