Directors of large organizations earn much higher salaries than ordinary employees do. Some people think it is necessary, but others are of the opinion that it is unfair. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

It is generally agreed that the higher is the level of employee’s responsibility, the higher his salary should be. However, some disagree with this statement, emphasising that ordinary workers often contribute to the company’s success even more than white collars, so there should be no gap between incomes. This essay will explore both perspectives, although I personally support the former.

Nobody can deny that, the crime rate has been increased dramatically, doubting people about the major reason why it has been occuring throught the decades. Some individuals believe that it has happened due to poverty and personal issues, whereas others consider it as the result of human's nature. This essay will discuss both views and provide my own view.

In these day, violence in media split the society in to two, some thinks that violence on the big screen has a bad side effect on community's behavior. on the other hand, some believe it dose not has any what so ever harm or effect's to consume entertainment material on people's behavior . in addition, I think it is completely safe to watch, read , and play violent video games. And, In this essay I will give my opinion in details .

It is argued that there would be much more harmony and cooperation between workers if all employee in a company were paid equally despite the job position. This essay does not agree that equality in pay regardless job role can enhance the relation between staff. Firstly, it can reduce the motivation to work; secondly eliminate competition among staff.

nowadays, city planners are trying to solve this congestion crisis in the big cites, such as roads and crambid alleyways and buildings, one of the solution to reduce the traffic congestion on roads is sky train provide an alternative mode of transportation instead of using the on or under the ground train, in this essay I will discuss both views the advantages and the disadvantages of this problem.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollutions problem. To what extend do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

It is argued that by raising the cost of petrol can reduce the problem of traffic congestion and pollutions, I totally agree with this statment. By increasing the cost of driving, public will have to seek for alternative, such as taking public transport. However, by merely adding the cost of driving is not enough, the government should optimize public transport,allowing people easier access and increasing willingness to use it.

Accept bad situation could be the door for new opportunity of live. Several of humans think that it is better to accepting bad situation, like working in the wrong uncomfortable place, lack of money and low incom. Other discuss that it is much better to improving and developing their conditions. Although, accepting bad situation could help to saving some money which can enhance thire self and keep people to stay away from stress of their conditions.

In recent times, sea creatures from their natural habitat are relocated to amusement park for people’s recreation. I disagree that the advantages outweigh the disadvantage because it can disturb the lives of other creatures living in the ocean and it can be harmful for animals to switch from a vast ocean to a tiny glass aquarium.
