Some people say that older, more traditional buildings in cities should be preserved. Others believe that these buildings should be demolished and new ones built in their place. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

Over the years, mankind has decided to build buildings with various materials, and it is clear that these materials are improving day by day. Although old and traditional buildings are durable and can be used for different purposes, some people believe that it is better to demolish old buildings and build new ones. Also, some people believe that these buildings can be restored, and for me, old public buildings should not be demolished, the following two specific arguments will support my position.

In the state-of-the-art world , the concern of government about innovative budgets is how to be able to cope with the public. This is certainly happening due to technology not only having more amenities but also being easily accessible to everyone. High-tech is becoming more pervasive in this modern world than ever before .Therefore, the government investing money is the correct choice.

In the modern world, there are so many people struggling to purchase their own homes, but others choose to rent accommodation, instead. both of the two ways have their own advantages and disadvantages. In my perspective, I think renting accommodation has benefits that outweigh its drawbacks. In this essay, I will discuss it.

The internet revolution is rapidly accelerating at a faster pace. However, some people argue that due to the advancement in technology, one cannot rely on the authenticity of the information that they are receiving from the internet, As much of it could be fake or just for a publicity stunt. I partially agree with the above statements and will discuss the possible reasons behind this cause.

Nowadays, exploring space is one of the hottest topics for many countries. It is claimed, that countries are spending a large amount of money for space and it gives them nothing. Furthermore, it would be better if they spent this money on the development of their nation. This essay will look at the arguments and discuss about them. I personally disagree with this opinion, because space is a great example for our economy and wealth.

In a large number of nations, the youth do have not any information about how to manage their income, after finishing high school. I think because in the school we do not have this subject and to tackle it, the government could introduce a course to educate the young population in the money field.

During and after the COVID pandemic, a large number of companies made workers work at home. Some people think that this discouraged employers and therefore had negative impacts on companies while others highlighted the advantages of doing jobs from home. In my opinion, the benefits this new trend of working has brought to companies are greater than loss. This essay will evaluate both sides of virtual working.

Both sides have valid arguments, however, in my point of view, a balance of both is essential for the development of students.

In this essay, I partially consent to the perspective above.

To resolve this issue, people can renovate their houses with modern technology and modern furniture.
