I think people do that because they have the cognitive to protect the historical value of the buildings and the sense of connection that people felt within the exploration. In order to research their history, people can gather the knowledge and memories that elder citizens around them have and go to the libraries in their cities.

In my opinion, I agree that laws should be applied to all hard drugs without exception.
