Is it true that people can stay healthy without going to the gym? As a matter of fact, many a man more often than not believes that going gym is the symbol of fitness. However, few reckon that the alternative methods are much better than exercising in the gym. In my opinion, traditional methods of getting healthy are more fruitful as compared to contemporary ones. The upcoming paragraphs will shed light on my point of view with certain evidence.

In this concurrent world, it is undoubtedly true that sports are physical and mental activities which keep a person disease-free, reduce stress and increase stamina. Some people concur that sports can cause cultural disturbance and increase conflicts. However, I quibble with them and profound that sports have uncountable benefits beyond any contradiction. The growth of the economy these days has resulted in the level of pollution becoming worse. This is mainly caused by human activities in industrialisation and energy production. However, there are anumber of solutions that should be implemented in order to avoid this issue such as implementing strict regulations and protocols and promoting renewable energy sources.

Nowadays, the majority of people are living a sedentary lifestyle, which is responsible for causing a large number of health issues. To overcome this problem, it is suggested that students of the academic institutes have compulsory outdoor game sessions at least three times a week. In my opinion, this will prove to be the best solution to mitigate this negative development and will be helpful to teenagers in various ways.

It has been two centuries since the first time a car was introduced in 1888. In comparison, in nearly 2000, the number of vehicles was almost 29 million. However, there are a lot of debates about whether the government should start to create an international policy about car ownership in order to control them. In this essay, I tend to agree with this idea and I will explain why.
