Nowadays, according to the cities development, many people tend to immigrate from suburban. Therefore, the population of suburbs and villages has fallen. From my perspective, I believe this should be seen as a negative trend since this phenomenon has several drawbacks that outweigh its merits.

While fines and imprisonment are conventional forms of punishment, the idea of requiring offenders to engage in community service, such as cleaning parks, is gaining prominence. In my view, community service serves as a more constructive and restorative form of punishment, contributing to both the rehabilitation of the offender and the betterment of the community.

A group of individuals presents the view that increasing the number of sports facilities is an excellent way that results in boosting community health, while others believe that it is not the number of such facilities that determines the health level of society, and more significant factors should be taken into consideration. I find the latter opinion more acceptable, which will be discussed.
