Nowadays, people are more concerned about sustainability and their impact on it. However, adopting this lifestyle is not easy, it can involve challenges and changes in their actions. In this essay, I will explain what these challenges could be and how individuals can adopt new actions to contribute to sustainability.

Famous people tend to have an influence on their followers. This has opened a debate due to some people think that professional athletes have a positive impact as models for young people, while others argue the opposite. In my opinion, even if some professional athletes don't have the best attitude or behaviour they can still be a better influence than any other famous person.

This essay is against this notion because there must be a balance role between men and women in raising children and this harmony will eventually be advantageous for children's mental health.

Approximately, there are around 300 countries around the globe. It is clearly seen that many countries invest in their people. On the one hand, some of them provide advantages of physical activities to every individual and on the other hand, other countries who are not developed enough make them limited to their top athletes and in my viewpoint, it is a negative development. I discussed both points below.
