Nowadays certain folk usually prefer flexible job offers to permanent ones since it avails them the opportunity to have a better work-life balance. Even though, it might have some demerits the merits still support it because the public needs more than one source of income and also, to further their education.
Some individuals have opinion that old building should be demolish and replace by new modern buildings. old building which carry historical value and considerd as heritage building should not be replace by new building as they can be source of tourism income. whereas old building which are derelict should be replaced by modern ones. In this essay we will discuss both views and present my opinion that why old building should not be replace by modern ones.
In this day and age, young people’s attention is spent less for exercising since there is taken a large amount of quantity of their activity to other factors. While some potential reasons cause to this tendency , my perspective can extend negative consequences behind this pattern.
