Recently, many people have struggled to make a balance between their personal lives and their work. There are several contributions to this phenomenon, such as high personal expectations from society and spereading of technology. To tackle this issue governments should make rules preventing people from viatel labour laws. In addition, increase people awareness of their mental health.

In most countries, it is witnessed that many human life spans have been increased than before. It is often argued that many people think that it creates hindrances for governments while other people think that there are advantages if elderly people are in society. This essay believes that having elderly people can outweigh the disadvantages it can be positively impactful for society.

Albeit, there is a dichotomy of views on this concern, I harbour the belief that this apprehension is totally warranted but, it should beg for some sort of profound justifications and conspicuous exemplifications.
