In many countries, people are now living longer than ever before. Some people say an ageing population creates problems for governments. Other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extent do the advantages of having an ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays, it can be seen an upward trend in life expectancy among seniors. The society is separated into two groups. One group supports the idea that the older generation causes inconveniences for governments, because they should invest money to support life conditions. However, some people for the statement that the older population are opening numerous advantages for our society. In my opinion, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

To start with, it is true that nowadays it is becoming more frequent for sick people to avoid going to their doctor and try alternative methods and treatments. I believe this action is highly dangerous, as normal people are not qualified to medicate themselves and in some cases, it could be fatal.

People have different views regarding whether the government ought to construct some libraries for the public to utilize. While some people argue that it is such a waste of expenditure as most people search the information online, I agree with the idea that libraries can contribute to positive influence.

Nowadays, it is true that the flow of people has become a common phenomenon, so many people choose to work or reside in another country. In my view, we should allow most people to commute freely between nations while restricting some illegal individuals considering its benefits and disadvantages.

Several people work without vocation or passion in their careers throughout their lives. This is the result of parents forcing them to follow a career path they don´t enjoy at all, resulting in workers who lack motivation and vocation for performing certain jobs.

I think that this situation can be positive and negative in communities. This essay will discuss this statement is why working in other places can have advantages and disadvantages.

Most people do a lot of physical activities in their childhood and adolescence. However, they stop playing sports in their adult life. I believe that the main reason for this is the pace of nowadays life. At the current every-day life, society expect that adults work a lot. Besides, they have a lot of responsibilities and bills to pay, so, there is a lack of time to play sports and do physical exercise.
