In my opinion, team sports are especially important for enhancing one's team spirit, confidence, and personal development.

The growth of population is unavoidable on this planet as many countries are experiencing a significant rise in the number of residents. Related to the housing for the citizens, folks are divided into two groups as one of them believes that new houses should be constructed in existing cities. In contrast, the other one is convinced that new towns should be built in the countryside. From the way I am thinking, I agree with the latter group as such an idea could generate more advantages.

Consuming food with high sugar content is harmful to humans as it is correctly said by Newton that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. In my opinion, I agree with the latter group as such ideas can affect certain populations not all.

University education plays a pivotal role in upbringing of an individual. One school of thought resonates with the fact that Universities should help students in acquiring practical skills truly required to work in a cutting-edge environment. However, few others feel that it doesn't really matter if education imparted by university becomes useful in real corporate world or not. In my opinion, I personally take stance that in today's time and era, an individual should be equipped with comprehensive knowledge which can act as a pool for oneself and can also be equally useful when ti comes to applying it to the competitive market. The reasons for the same shall be envisaged in the following paragraphs.
