Nowadays, we are seeing two groups  of communities in the world; weak people and rich people. In every country, there are many people who help other people by preparing food and conditions to go to school and university. As well as society pays attention to poorer human beings. In my opinion, the government must have a plan to create balance in society, among the poor and rich communities and tend to poor people.

Due to increasing numbers of crime rates in the United States, the government has been implementing many enforcements to keep civilians especially teenagers from danger. These include a curfew which restricts teenagers from going out at midnight after a specific time without accompanying by an adult. In my opinion, it's reasonable to impose a curfew, because the government's action is taken based on the measurement of the crime rates and other factors.
