Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems as well as practical problems.To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Nobody can deny the growing interdependence of the world’s populations, brought about by cross-border exchange in different aspects. Many people believe that living in a different country where they had to speak a foreign language can face social and practical problems. In my opinion, I partly agree with both statements in the light of the following reasons.

For several years, reading and writing are regarded as essential components of education. For now, computer skill is included as fourth aubject. In my opinion, computer skills are very important because they are essential in modern world, and can enhance efficiency.

There is a challenging topic among people that many opine that language proficiency is the only way to familiarize with a cultural background in a local country ,however, they have believed in this idea because verbal skill is a very important role in getting information from others ,alongside, speaking fluency in an aboriginal language will bring more intimacy among individuals ,so , I am going to bring some piece of evidence to confirm this idea.
