There is a tremendously controversial notion heating up a debate that some people believe that the sole purpose of working hard is to earn money. While this statement is valid to some extent, I would consider myself a proponent of this opinion.

In this day and age, there is a controversial idea heating a debate over the fact that it is better to use money in enhanced ways and motorways than on public means of transport. In my opinion, I consider myself as an objector with this idea.

There is a controversial perspective heating up a debate whether advertising is entertaining or aggravating, it has no effect on customers’ decisions when they go shopping. While this statement is valid to some extent, I would contend that it has certain influences on consumer’s choice.

• In many countries small shops and town centres are going out of business, because people tend to drive to the large out-of-town stores. This results in an increase in car use, and it also means that people without cars have limited access to out-of-town stores. Do you think advantages of such development outweigh its disadvantages?

It is becoming increasingly normal and standard that majority of people in developed countries start buying goods in big malls located outside of towns and cities, and this only suits the car owners. While this approach is convenient and can save time for those who can afford a car, it does the opposite for poorer social classes. In my opinion, this is a negative tendency that more creates severe problems than provides solutions.

Nobody would dispute the fact that many offenders who are sent behind bars will still commit crimes after being released from prison. In my opinion, the major cause of this problem is the harsh treatment provided by society members. However, the government can bring a significant change by implementing certain policies.

Many criminals commit further crimes as soon as they released from prison. What do you think are the causes of this? what possible solutions do you suggest?

Commonly, most of the offenders do crimes due to the unavailability of resources. However, they bend towards the negative ways, which ultimately draw them towards opposite to laws and regulations. Mainly large-scale criminals like murderers and human traffickers or small scales such as pocket pickers and shoplifters resume their ill activities right after the termination of their punishment or release from the cell. In the further essay, I will discuss the causes of this behaviour of thieves and humaniciders and suggest some of the applicable solutions of avoid this situation in society.

Over the recent decades, it has been a widely discussed issue worldwide whether homosexual marriage should be officially legislated. Some adversaries uphold the standpoint that the legislation of gay marriage would potentially exacerbate the societal relationships among citizens. From my own perspective, however, gay marriage will hopefully bring about many more desirable impacts on the development of human civilizations in the long term.

There are various views regarding inborn talent and training among people. Although it is claimed that natural flair is something individuals are born with, as far as I am concerned, children are trainable in terms of acquiring skills, be it sports, music, or painting. On the first hand, there are myriad arguments in favor of natural talent and its importance. The first reason might be the fact that being born with an inherent skill requires less effort and almost no pre-training. Moreover, the development of certain skills accounts for whether creating a masterpiece or exerting physical activities. For instance, surveys indicate that children with natural flair or ability in specific fields require putting less attempt to achieve their goals. More and more couples are deciding to be “child-free”, to have no children, in other words. Some people claim that those couples reach this conclusion through entirely selfish reason. While others think that they came to this decision through noble motives, such as concern about overpopulation and desire for independence. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Poeple have different outlook about the reasons behind rising numbers of couples that do not think of having children. While some considers this no more than a self-centered motive, others may argue that is a legitamate actions aiming to prevent environmental damage caused by increased inhabitance in the future. Personally, I am in opinion of that those who do not desire offsprings are mostly not mentally ready to bear the responsibility of having a child.

Nowadays, it can be seen that the number of young people who live in a developed country has been involved in unpaid work in a developing country to build a house or teach student. There are at least 2 reasons for this trend and both the youngers and communities are getting the benefits.

It is currently debatable whether administering more places and facilities for sports would be of great help in making progress in public health or there are some other ways that are worth to be considered.
