Rich countries often give financial aid to poor countries, but it does not solve poverty. So rich countries should give other types of help to poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Although developed nations usually give money to undeveloped countries in order to uproot poverty, poverty exists in these countries. So there is an opinion that rich countries should try other ways to help those nations instead of giving money to them. I agree with this opinion because there are more efficient ways to help poor countries and in the following paragraphs, I shall explain these ways.

I developed a Java-based mobile application in Android Studio for landmark recognition. The objective was to help tourists get information about the monument by scanning the actual landmark through an application. Also, I used a touch screen panel of the UTLP (Unified Technology Learning Platform) kit to control the electric home appliances like fans and lights instead of using traditional switches making it more feasible for handicapped people.
