English language is a well-known dialect of today’s era. Many articulates that the extension of this language is a concern of today’s world. There are many pros and cons exists in spreading of this language. Howbeit, I firmly believe that its positives are outweigh its negatives.

Food is an essential item needed for the survival of humanity as it is one of the basic needs of life. In times past, people produced their own food within their location without relying on imported food. However, with the advent of globalisation, there have been a rise in the consumption of food items made from other countries. This implies that the distance food substances travel in order to get to their consumers have greatly increased and because of this the agricultural and economic sectors of the countries involved are affected. Due to this, communities are encouraged to consume food products produced locally by their farmers. I agree with this proposition because of some reasons which I will be stating in this essay.

Nowadays, the development of technologies makes smartphones become much more popular than in the past due to affordable cost and easy use. Therefore, a large number of parents allow their children to use smartphones leads to spending hours using them. In my opinion, I suppose it is a negative development.

Compared to the past time, some companies appear to be conscious of defending females’ legitimate rights and take tacts like hiring equal numbers of men and women workers. In my opinion, it’s definitely a positive change that makes a broader impact on social well-being in terms of offering a healthy and fair labour market, but there is still necessary to find a balance between making sure the same numbers of workers in both two genders and thinking about the workforce structure in specific fields.
