SOME PEOPLE FEEL THAT THERE SHOUD BE A FIXED PUNISHMENT FOR EACH TYPE OF CRIME. OTHERS FOT THAT THE CIRUMSTANCES OF AN OFFENCE SHOULD BE TAKEN IN TO ACCOUNT WHEN DECIDING ON A PUNISHMENT. DISCUSS BOTHE SIDES AND GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

Crimes are punished throughout the world.Some countries have evolved their laws to be a bit more considerate where the conditions in which a crime is committed are considered,rather than one punishment for all.A school of thought opposing this idea believe the same penalty may induce fear reducing the crime rate.But in my opinion,this is a positive development and states should consider the scenario so that they may not punish people who did not a bad intentions.

Life was impeccable and radiant a decade ago but also a struggle for some communities. However, due to drastic development in modernization, everything had changed since then. I agree that living now is much improved than it was 100 years ago. And there are many factors which support that why it is enhanced and these reasons would be considered.

In this day and age, accompanied by the development of modern society are an increasing number of bad situations for individuals such as an unsatisfying job or a shortage of money. Some people believe that the best option is dealing with these situations, while others believe that it is better to try and improve. From my viewpoint, I would argue that trying improve such a circumstance is always a beneficial solution.

Crimes and violent news have been broadcasting in newspapers and TV channels for decades. Although there are many people who believe that those kinds of crimes and other related news should not be reported on any kind of media platform. I strongly agree that those types of news should be declared on television and in journals because the positive effects of doing so outweigh the drawbacks and I am going to explain why in this essay.

In this technological epoch, there are massive destruction activities that affect the life of fauna whereas people usually post about these creatures as nature-love on social media. Many women have a great tendency to be hired by offices in order to earn money. While it is stated by some people that children need their mothers, so, women who have kids should stay at the home, others say working can benefit mothers. I partially agree with the first statement to some extent.

THERE IS NO DENYING THAT EVERY CHAIRPERSON WISH TO FIND A PERFECT METHOD TO INCREASE THE PRODTICTIVE OF THEIR WORKER. MANY OF EMPLOYERS GUESS THAT FINANCIAL INCENTIVE IS ALONE THE WAY TO DO IT.ON THE CONTRARY, THIS HAVE INEFFECTIVE. THIS ESSAY WILL ARGUE THE CONSEQUENCES OF AWARDING THE EMPLOYEE WITH MONEY AND SEEK TO ALTERNATIVE WAY TO ENCOURAGE ALL EMPLOYEES, IN ADDITION THE LESS CONTRIBUTION.

Many people in poor countries die from diseases that are curable because they cannot afford the medication required. Do you believe that drug companies should make their products available at reduced prices in these countries?

Nowadays the lack of medical supplies is still founded in many third-world countries, leading to too many deads even from curable diseases. Some believe that pharmaceutical companies should decrease prices in those countries. From my perspective, I do believe that drug companies solely cannot give many discounts to support developing countries. Thus, another support from related parties is required which I will explain in more detail in this essay.

Nowaway days, lecturers think that when students study from abroad, it bensfits them in life. In my opinion, this essay will agree that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

As online learning programmes are increasingly adopted by universities, there is a new view that distance courses designed for university students do not provide the same level of learning experience as on-site learning. Personally, I agree with this view.

In the contemporary world some employers believe that job applicants’ soft skills are more crucial than hard skills . In my opinion, in employment soft skills are a more paramount part than academic qualification, since it would be useful working with customers and would consolidate team work.

Although a number of people allege that overcoming economic problems needs industrial development, opponants argue that it leads to enviromental issues. I definetely agree with former opinion because it seems to me that only way to get rid of poverty is industrial activeties.

Physical health is key for all humans to survive in society as well as health is a fundamental need for all of us. Improving health care standards is not only the fact government need to upgrade to stabilized physical health as there are plenty of other key functions also in the line. This may be the reason for physical health-related statistics decreasing in developing countries.
