Today's era is a modern era, therefore, it is believed that increasing the fast food outlets is helping people to adopt a modern lifestyle. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I will discuss both advantages and disadvantages of this trend and give my suggestions at the end of the passage .

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about the best way to promote their health. However, whether additional government sports facilities are effective in improving public health has become a controversial issue. In my opinion, increasing sports facilities are good, but not too much.

Work-life balance seems to be impossible for a lot of people, with its causes ranging from the demands of work to traffic congestion in metropolitans. Some ways people and owners of companies can help is to implement a fully remote working and encourage their employees to go on annual leave.
