The government has built more houses to fulfil residential demand due to the population in urban societies have increased over few decades. However, some cities are seen that the extra height of the building are showed in overall areas and other towns are tend to low building. There are several measurements to suit the problem of housing.

Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development?

The advent of technology has altered the methods of communication people were using. This essay will first discuss that how technology has transformed the relationships between individuals, it also agrees that it is positive progress.

It is an irrefutable fact that play an important source in the holistic growth and development of younglings.Some parents believe that playing individually is a positive phenomenon while others believe that is a negative trend with some drawbacks.Both the merits and demerits will be discussed before a reasonable conclusion is reached.

The argument, over whether corporations should recruit younger personnel or older staff, has not been settled yet. It is often argued by some that employers should select a young workforce because they are hard-working as compared to others. Meanwhile, others still claim that the experienced staff should be prioritized considering their well-shaped skills. This essay will argue both sides of the argument before drawing a logical opinion.

One of the world’s major issue is the growing numbers of refugees. They usually come from countries affected by wars, natural disasters, or conflicts in their origin countries. Many believe that developed countries ought to help tackling this problem by accepting more refugees. I completely agree with this view.

On the contrary, others insist on the opinion that students are required to learn all classes before graduating. Viewing from a general perspective, this essay discusses both viewpoints, I personally agree with the former opinion for the following reasons.

The word " privatization " means to transfer the functional authorities to the private sector. It is such a major question, is the Government eligible to transfer public institutes to private companies? which run on common person tax and these independent sectors are freely allowed to maintain public interest. But in my opinion, the government could privatize some institutes with some restrictions.

Nowadays, supermarkets are stocked with eatable products globally. Some would argue that it is better if food commodities were not imported. In my opinion, I firmly believe that this view is correct, and will discuss the reasons in this essay.

Advertising is directed to a large number of people and not to one individual. Advertising is communication about products or ideas. In this essay, I will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages and explain why I feel that it has more benefits.

Whilst some believe that the digital reading material is more beneficial for children than printed ones. Notwithstanding some merits of the former view, my opinion is the printed material will be more effective and beneficial in shaping a kid's personality. Explicated below are my perspectives on both these views and the basis for my belief.

Whilst international vehicle-free days could be an effective measure to curb the air pollution or to explore the alternative ways such as prohibiting old and polluting cars from driving, to tackle to the prolonged issue. Notwithstanding the merits of the former view. My opinion is that a thorough and homogenous approach will be more beneficial to solve the issue. Explicated below are my perspectives on both these views and the basis for my belief.

In small nations, local shops are facing losses in their business because folks are more prone to drive out of town stores for shopping. Therefore many car-less people have to face problems because of the unavailability of more products. This results in rising of car holders in small nations. This trend has a plethora of cons that outweigh its pros.

Most people want to know the things happening around them. Not only the older generation but also younger people nowadays interested in reading for general awareness. In this essay, I support newspapers and paperbacks will slowly diminish but argued the issues with time spent on the internet.

In the present day, international sports event is popular in every country. Although a portion of people does not feel like it, others think holding international activities could benefit the country. In my opinion, I agree with the latter people as I believe the events would boost the country's economy and the world communication. The following paragraphs will explain in detail.
