Nowadays, some people argue, that too much money has been spent on repairing old buildings, so one should knock down the old buildings and develop modern ones. I believe that building new modern buildings would be beneficial and reduce the maintenance cost.

Nowadays, cutting-edge technologies tend to have a number of creations among which there is the driverless mean of transportation such as cars and others. Indeed, these vehicles are likely to run with only passengers, without the presence of any drivers. Although there are a few drawbacks since it is still new technology, I suppose that the advantages are far more significant than the disadvantages.

Nowadays, there is a controversial discussion on whether teenage criminals are supposed to be punished the same as adults who commit crimes. As far as I am concerned, I believe that there should be a different judgement aimed at youth criminals.

In fact , in their opinion that money could be considered to be spent on other aspects which potentially present more benefits to the vast population rather than an individual art prodigy. Personally, I disagree with the statement. The extension will be explained in deeper detail within this following essay.

Although the number of houses and their affordability is a valid concern, I strongly believe that the number of green areas and parks are the problems we should focus our attention on.

Therefore, authorities should not be allowed to sell atrocious cuisines and drinks. It is extremely harmful which is proven by researchers. I agree with the given statement as far as I am giving relevant examples in the upcoming paragraph.
