In today's perpetually transforming epoch , getting knowledge about history is necessary for things around the globe.As a consequence , it opined by a few countries , increasing numbers are people becoming interested in finding out about the past of shelter or building ,in which , they are residing.I have discussed a few reasons and measures for this trend for the impending divisions.

In many countries across the globe, there exist individuals who have different preferences when it comes to buying a home. Some people consider buying a house less feasible therefore they rent their house. I will discuss the pros and cons in the subsequent paragraphs.

With the coming of digital education,some people believe that trend of traditional studies may fall down .Discuss both the views and give your opinion?

Education enlightens the life of the person ,it is the third eye of man ,without which he can not succeed in the future. Few sections of society think that smart class learning systems will decrease the scope of the conventional methods of study. But I feel ,although digital education is acceptable by all students, as they learn easily in a more practical way than theory, perhaps this will not eradicate completely the old method of education.

some people believe that it is better if governments spend more money on projects related to the improvements of different aspects of vital public services such as schools or hospitals rather than allocate a budget to space programs. I should say, even though public services especially in the field of education and health care are really important matters, I totally disagree with this opinion.

Public Transport is considered the best while commuting within metropolitan areas. It gives immense benefits to the residents and the tourists in terms of traffic, pollution and most importantly the cost of travel. I strongly support and recommend the common transit modes, but there are a number of actionable points to address before encouraging the citizens.

There is a widely held perception in many parts of the world today that today's people tend to go to other countries to get a good job or to study. There are a lot of benefits to this trend. While there are serious negative consequences of this development, I would argue that the advantages of this phenomenon are outweighed by the disadvantages. These advantages are twofold.

Studying or working abroad has brought significant changes to our lives .Yet,there remain some disagreements as to whether the overall effects of a foreign country's influence have been positive or negative .While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary .Because,when individuals go to another country for living then they face many challenges as well.I personally believe that the benefits of a resident abroad far outweigh its drawbacks .These benefits are twofold.This issue will discuss both sides and give the main points to support my view.

Nowadays, the number of people using social media on daily basis is increasing because of grasping the news and keeping the relationship with other people. Although this trend entails both positive and negative aspects, in my opinion, I believe the farmer overweights the latter.

in recent years, Technology has transformed our lives making it much easier to learn and travel therefore replacing traditional ways of learning with yet great alternatives such as online learning and online exams where students can engage with lecturers or examiners from anywhere in the world. similarly, the prominent issue of having classes with a certain capacity of students is no longer a problem. in the meanwhile, the majority of people are suggesting that there is no need for attending lectures in person since technology has an answer to that. in this essay, I will illustrate why there is no need for attending lectures in person.
