Nowadays, our decision in buying regular stuff is highly affected by advertisement; Moreover,commercial plays a pivotal role in convincing the public to purchase something.From some people's point of view,TV ads and other types of advertisement have successfully impacted their buying routine while it is argued by others that nobody cares about that because it has become a popular way to persuade customers.In this essay, both sides will be discussed and I will clarify my side.

I totally with this point of view because we can clearly see the effects of having too many choices in these days.

While some have claimed that pets influence positively children, others argue that they can be hazardous and damage teenagers' health. Personally, I advocate the former that it affects positively younger ones, but nevertheless, both views of the argument will be discussed below.

There is a widely accepted belief that governments should concentrate on seniors’ well-being while the counterargument for it is that juniors’ future needs to be prioritised. Personally, I firmly believe both generations should be equally treated due to their importance and significance.

It is said that the increasing number of residents in some countries is compelling to figure out the past history of their houses. The main reason behind this mindset is because of a human's curiosity and also they will be truly pleased and take great pride if they are aware of the exact true value of their buildings. Moreover, there are several ways to achieve this quest by researching online or at the local community centre.

No one can deny that nowadays it is easier to get some food and focus on other things. But even a few hundred years ago it was a world of difference, compared to what we have now. In my opinion, this change is really significant for a number of reasons, and I will develop these ideas in the subsequent paragraphs.

At the time advanced technology is available at a lower cost and smartphones are in everybody’s hands, a limitation of screen time is not considered ,especially for children. From my perspective, there may be certain facts appealing for children to use and this trend will contribute to unfavourable repercussions.

Many companies insist on appropriate clothing for their employees. However, there are certain offices that do not expect to be formally attired at any given time. Although many organizations expect formal wear, in my opinion, the outcome of the job is more important and dressing depends on two factors such as job role requirements and it should be left at one's own discretion if not required out of the job role.

In the contemporary epoch, numerous authorities tend to replace historical structures such as art galleries and town halls with modern ones. Personally, I strongly believe this approach is a negative development as, firstly, these buildings are a part of human history and should be preserved as a heritage for the younger generation and, secondly, it may have a negative impact on the state´s exchequer.
