In today's job market it is far more important to have practical skills than theoretical knowledge. In the future, job applicants may not need any formal qualifications. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Landing a job in a company needs knowledge and skills to carry out the task safely. In the upcoming years, I fully disagree that job seekers are not required proper learning for them to be hired instead workers direly needed it. I will explain in the ensuing paragraphs why I object to this issue.

Crime is a problem all over the world and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it. Agree or disagree?

Nowadays crimes are becoming an inevitable problem for all of us. Therefore a few experts believe that these crimes cannot prevent in any way of the situation.Hence, I would like to agree with the statement with some relevant examples.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

In some cultures, whether one’s home is rented or bought is important. However, while various reasons support that everyone should buy a house or an apartment, it is actually negative for the development of college students and young adults.

“Prevention is better than the cure.” Researching and treating disease is too costly and so it would be better to invest in preventative measures. To what extend do you agree?

According to the statistics of most countries, chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia are the causes of the world population mortality rate. Therefore, it is absolutely true that prevention is the best way to tackle this case. I totally agree with this statement and the following examples will be provided to support my point of view.

Attractiveness or function of the town design is a controversial topic for a decade. Some people believe that the magnificent scenery might be satisfying, in contrast, others consider utility more significant. Personally, planning the cities to be usable is better than taking the beauty as a priority because the majority of funds normally come from the governments, the highest benefits for citizens should be provided before the visual, otherwise, the investment could not be fully effective.

With the rise of e-books comes the decline in paper books. Some people see this as a good step forward while others do not. what are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend.

Nowadays, e-books have been one of the popular methods of acquiring and reading books. Some people would argue that this is not a good thing as paper books have been declining however, some would say this is a good step forward. In this essay, I will provide some advantages and disadvantages of using e-books.

In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise their products are new in some way Why is this, do you think it is a positive or negative development?

With, the advancement of technology, advertising is used as the main tool to attract more customers in the business world. Likewise, those advertisements produced by many companies regularly deliver a message that they are the latest. There are several reasons which can be identified to account for this trend and customers undoubtedly getting some negative effects from this matter.

The only way to reduce the amount of traffic in cities today is by reducing the need for people to travel from home for work, education or shopping. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Traffic has become the most concerning issue in day to day's life and it can be controlled by adopting work and study from home and even managing shopping through online platforms only. While I agree to some extent but it has various repercussions too.

Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties getting enough sleep. What problem can lack of sleep cause? What can be done about lack of sleep?

Insomnia is a sleep disease which has been rampant increasing in society and most people have been addicted to staying up asleep. The consequences of being asleep lead to various health deterioration as well as accidental issues. In this essay, the obstacle due to sleep disorders and implementations that could mitigate the dilemma will be explained in subsequent paragraphs.

It is true that nowadays technologies are becoming easier and easier to access and lower in price, thereby it is more likely that majority of workers and students will work and learn distancially. Despite that there might be some positive effects of this shift, I would say it is a negative development.

It is undeniable that in the modern era, the disappearance of cultures has become a concerning issue amongst societies worldwide. This essay will discuss how technological advances affect cultural diversity and why it is a positive phenomenon.

In the world, nobody can escape from doing mistakes. However, some people say that children can make mistakes freely while others dispute that adults are also restricted from doing mistakes. In this essay, I will elucidate both views and why I stand on my own points.

It is believed by some, that people do not need books made of paper anymore, because nowadays everyone can find and store all the writings on their electronic devices. Others say that paper books are still valuable. In my opinion, although electronic books are more convenient to use, printed ones still have their advantages.

With urbanisation, people have high living costs and job insecurities. People are spending more and more time at work and on daily commuting that they hardly have any time for family or themselves. I believe this problem is growing at an alarming rate in urban areas, which is leading people to compromise on their health and relationships.

In this modern era, the world has become more globalized than before. It is widely believed by certain people that in recent times people have more options than earlier. I firmly agree with this statement. In the forthcoming paragraph, I shall explicate the two major areas where an individual has more choices in their life.

While a certain group do not believe giving money to children is a good gift, others think this is the best approach. I will discuss both views stating the advantages and disadvantages of both views and give my conclusion at the end.

It has been observed that many people are inclined to wear trending clothes. There are many reasons behind this situation. I, however, believe that it has positive outcomes. My opinion is justified further with reasons and examples.

Some people believe that lengthening the working time of citizens could allow the country to have better economic development than the nations that have shorter office hours. This essay completely disagrees with that argument for some reasons.

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmers (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood, or teaching sports to younger children). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Maintaining by many people in the society is that high school should provide obligatorily free services for the community to build a good society as well as opportunity to earn practical knowledge by the student doing this. Though this has some merits and demerits. In my point of view, I strongly agree that students should involve in doing this activity for preparing themselves for the future workplace.
