In modern society, keeping a work-life balance has become an issue, which many people are struggling with. This can be attributed to bringing work home and poor time management. However, there is a range of measures that could be implemented to resolve this issue.

Elderly people are important for every nation, although some think that government intervention is needed to assist their funds during retirement, while some individuals believe the elderly should have saved their income to take care of themselves. I believe older people should save their income during their employment, and government support is also needed for them.
Individuals worldwide are now encountering the problem of noise pollution. Even though this alarming issue is attributable to traffic congestion, it can possibly be minimized by the improvement of the public transport system.
