As the majority of youth have been spending a major portion of adulthood at the workplace, job satisfaction is no doubt crucial for their well-being. Although some people fail to accomplish their desired job, some factors can make their performance better.

However, when it comes to whether students with great progress or those academically-superior ones should be rewarded, people hold divergent opinions. From my perspective, these two views are not exclusive, all students deserve to be awarded when they get excellent performance.
