Many of the world's cities are currently Facing a serious housing shortage.what are reasons for this shortage and what solutions can you suggest?

The privilege of shelter is a basic human need, and the last century has witnessed an unprecedented increase in the global housing crisis in urban regions. According to my view,this undoubtedly resulted from the huge influx of immigrants to cities and the soaring prices in real states. In order to mitigate this alarming scarcity,governments must extend residential areas, additionally, a detailed housing scheme is required.

In many counties today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors my have caused this situation and what, is your opinion/should be done about it ?

Nowadays, there are numerous highly qualified graduates who remain unemployed in many parts of the world. This is because such educated people demand high salaries from their employers. Therefore, employers should be paid according to their level of education only and not based on other criteria.

I am in two minds about this statement that it would be an optimist and a drawback at the same time.

It is believed by some individuals that the most efficient way to decrease illegal actions is to sentence prisoners to longer periods of time in jail. While some think that there are better choices for lowering the crime rate. In my opinion , these views are both correct in their own ways and I partially agree with both.

As advertising becomes increasingly invasive, there has been an increase in debates concerning its effects. In my opinion, advertising is on the whole a negative due to its impact on the average individual, though it is clearly beneficial for businesses.

Although some people think that students with the same academic abilities should be grouped in one class, others oppose that a mixed academic level environment would be more auspicious for all students. I believe each view has its own advantages, I advocate the latter one, however.
