Healthy lifestyles like doing exercises and keeping fit physically have been the focus of many countries recently. While people in some nations still live a sedentary life, others are over-exercising. In this pursuit of optimal health, personally I think it brings more benefits than disadvantages and I will elaborate further in the following essay.

Nowadays, the significance of books has been questioned and underestimated, some people are starting to use alternative information sources. In my opinion, I agree that perhaps there are some other sources better than books, however, we should not forget the value of books over time.

In modern society, many people believe that traditions and customs are no longer required to keep as in the past. However, this essay does agree with the statement that traditional ways need to be preserved to keep a good balance between the people in the community. Firstly, for civilization, it is important to preserve traditional values because it helps to remember our history. On the other hand, it provides an organized structure which allows for maintaining social values.

In the modern world, people do not have as much free time as they used to, which is why they have become very selective as to how they spend their time. I would argue that many individuals have drifted away from the fine arts because they are not considered vital for one’s survival. To change this point of view, I would suggest beginning early with children’s education.

As we are living in a democratic and capitalistic society, we have the freedom to achieve our dreams unless it does not violate the law. At the present time, we are suffering from threats from the environment, clearly seen from air pollution, water pollution and probably more. So, it is believed that one of the most proper ways to discharge the problems is to increase the cost of these kinds of materials, intend to make the world better. From my personal perspective, I agree with the statement and this essay shall discuss the reasons behind it. Also, there are other measures as well that effectively broaden the vision towards the universe such as watching documentaries and movies, observing visitors to their country and many more.
