In this fast-paced world, as the population is increasing day by day more and more people are in need of accommodation. However, the trend in some regions is to rent a dwelling rather than possess one as often the public does not want to deal with the associated mental tension of maintaining the property and paying a huge amount of money initially. There are both pros and cons of renting which will be discussed in the forthcoming paragraphs.

In this modern society, entertainment has the same importance as education. It is a controversial issue that government should invest a significant amount of budget in education rather than entertainment. Investing money in something important is better than spending on the least important things especially when it is people's money in the form of tax. Some minds claim that it is better if the government invests money in the betterness of public transportation such as the fastest new technical transportation. Others claim that there are sectors such as education and health departments where government should spend the money. Personally, I believe in the latter statement.

Taking a risk involves straying out of your comfort zone and stepping into the unknown. However, it is often said that it is vital for a person to take risks whilst in employment or private life. People believe that students getting part-time jobs should be encouraged for their beneficial results in communication skills. Others think of it as a burden since it leads to an imbalance among admission. In my opinion, the hardships that temporary works bring are greater than the advantages considered beneficial.

In the next ,years we will see a revolution in the publishing industry which lead to removing the printed products and after that people be able to access all content for free. I agree with this because cutting-edge technologies always make us surprised by their powerful abilities.

Now,In this global era, It seems to be really true that people could have disparate options about where to reside. Plenty of citizens use to live in urban areas with spiky skyscraper buildings whilst the rest of them think cities with more multistorey buildings are better standards for residents. it is true that product announcements in this contemporary world are unrealistically described. This is due to purely commercial purposes. personally, I dismiss this kind of deceiving advertisement.

It is common for some people to think that adolescents should be required to do some community work in their free time without being paid, moreover they believe that it could benefit teenagers and the society. In my opinion, irrespective of the numerous arguments that exist on either side, unpaid work could help adolescents to understand what they love to do and help their personal development with a consequent positive benefit for the community indeed.

Today several alimentary products contain a high percentage of mostly refined sugars,which probably cause numerous health issues.While the manufacturer's ethical background and social participation should be taken into consideration, I personally believe that certain unhealthy products should be taxed.

There has been a noticeable increase in the popularity of the mass media over the past few years. It is, therefore, widely believed that it has a greater impact on people's lives than politicians. It is my opinion, however, that the government has a greater degree of influence than the private sector.

There is an ongoing worldwide debate about should a criminal be sentenced to death after committing a crime. Even though there are some drawbacks in the execution process of the penalty, the negative points of conducting the penalty are undoubtedly overshadowed by the beneficial aspects.

In this day and age, there are a variety of methods to encourage the development of juveniles, for example, reading. However, some claim that reading is not as effective as learning from joining fun activities. I agree with the statement, and my reasons will be elaborated on in this essay.

It is thought that the city environment of today is more dangerous for public health than ever. The main causes of this issue are air pollution because of the heavy traffic and the huge amount of industrial waste in urban areas. However, encouraging society to use public transport and taking legal measures to decrease waste might solve this problem.
