In the contemporary world, people have become very concerned and vigilant about the places they decide to purchase. Therefore, numerous people want to know about the history of the houses or buildings they have in their apartments . This essay will analyze what could be the reasons for this interrogation and how people can make their analysis more effective and beneficial.

Few people believe that collecting this data will have some benefits whereas others think that one should never ask for personal details. From my perspective, companies will be able to assess the candidates to an extent with the given data.

Nowadays, recycling wastes from their initial sources, obviously, has been proven as the most effective and economic solution, so governments should focus to realize this strategy by means of their authority, budget and cultural capacities. Though exercising authority is necessary to make people recycle from their homes, the government should focus on encouraging policies rather than strict prohibitive policies to improve this purpose.
