It is true that the subject of future development for every single person has an imperative role to play in many realms of contemporary societies. It is common that adults to encourage their children to achieve their goals by exerting full efforts, which makes sense because no pain no gain, while some argue that endeavour is not the only factor in success. For my part, I side with the opponents that the demerits of this behaviour surpass the merits.

Over the past few decades, people have become used to the idea that they will have to devote a larger chunk of their life to work, and some of them even continue to work after the legal age of retirement. The fact is that as human life expectancy increases, only a small number of jobs will ensure that people are able to enjoy a comfortable retirement, and therefore, many people are choosing to enter the workforce much earlier than before. In my opinion, this is a negative development.

Due to advanced in technology, the world is more digitalised and everything is changing rapidly. The main benefits of this development are that people can save their valuable time and also save money which they spend on drivers for running their vehicles. The main demerits of this evolution are that all drivers will be lost their job and the unemployment rate will be increased. I will explain my reasons for it in the following paragraphs.

However, while some opine that the global media and international news, as part of education, have no important impact on secondary education, others believe that international news should be studied by those pupils to reap its benefits. This essay attempts to examine the issue by diving deep into it. I believe that international news as part of the secondary education syllabus is important.
