Practice makes perfect, some say that staying in the same occupation for our whole life is the best way to excel in it, while some say switching jobs allows us to find where we suit the best. In my opinion, we should not be fearful of changes, hence changing to a new work may be beneficial.

Nowadays, large companies are allocating a considerable investment for their high-degree members such as CEO and executive managers. There is a debatable view that states these companies should pay their workforce equally. On the same side, I believe that justice must be honoured in salary payments although some employees such as CEOs ,and executives have the merit to earn more than others at large organizations. It is generally believed that men are violent and have started many wars, and women would be better, more peaceful leaders. So from my standpoint, women would perform well in their leadership because they are not as vicious as men.
