In the modern era, many companies would prefer to have a single pattern of uniforms for their employees. Therefore a fair number of experts believe that these dress colours would help to amplify the unity and coordination among their staff. Hence, I would like to explain a few upsides and downsides of this statement.

Nowadays every individual is included in different societies like school, football team or family. Every single community has its own rules and laws, if they are not obeyed accurately, society would not be able to function at all. It is a general fact that some people demonstrate more talent and enthusiasm in visual arts such as drawing figures and some others evidently do not show any kind of interest or skill. I personally opine that the aforementioned individuals should not be forced into acquiring painting skills and switch to other branches of art or even more pragmatic areas.
