It is usually argued that having own property is beneficial as compared to living as a tenant because it has many positive aspects. I totally agree with this statement. This essay will give some pivotal reasons for the above statement and in the end, will give a valid conclusion.

In recent years, Television advertising aimed at children could lead to unhealthy habits in children and cause some conflicts between parents and kids. Human beings nowadays are heavily dependent on processed foods and beverages as they are quick, easy to cook and come within budget. All such products contain extensive sugar, which is hazardous to our health.
