The Reason could vary person-to-person, but the most common answers are flexibility in the office timing, passion for owning a business, and money earned proportional to efforts and hard work put into the business, unlike cooperate jobs where some people do not get paid for extra time. In this essay, I will discuss the reasons for such a shift and the disadvantages of being self-employed.

Workplaces are often the second home of many people. In this evolving World a lot of people spend longer parts of the day in their offices etc as compared to their homes. Individuals with different backgrounds, ethical grounds and personalities, often work together for a certain organization. So, in my opinion, it is really helpful if they develop a bonding with each other to a certain level. Analyzing the fact that good communication is important for teamwork and helps workers in motivating them will be proven in the following paragraphs.
