In various nations around the world, youngsters are advocated to have a gap year before they start their graduate study in university. This gap year generates a significant portion particularly when girls and boys travel or work, but it has also certain drawbacks too. This essay shall examine the pros and cons of this gap year and draw a logical conclusion.

it is sometimes argued that the most pivotal factor that needs to be taken into consideration when designing buildings is the original purpose rather than the outer appearance. personally, I hold the belief that both the intended use and outward appearance play an equal role in the success of a construction.

At the movement, individuals are getting less sleep as compared to the past, owing to a sedentary lifestyle and which leads to an impact on their mindset and vision on eyesight. If they sleep in meetings then people can lose their job.

Views on this issue vary from person to person. In my opinion, a university education is vital to achieving success despite some problems.

Nowadays, some communities are no longer safe for people to walk around since the crime rate is increasing which scares residents from going outside of their respective homes. Some people think that various actions should be done to deal with criminality. While others argue that small actions would be enough. I personally believe that small or big measures are all necessary as long as for crime prevention and safety.

In an attempt to have a more fit and healthy workforce, a plethora of companies are giving out membership of gymnasiums and sports clubs at a price minimised with subsidy. The aim is to make these workers more productive. However, a significant group believes this is not beneficial. Nowadays most people have a passion to do something in their free time and try to find out how could they spend this time more carefully. Whereas they have to choose whether plans for their free time should be planned or not. I totally prefer to make a schedule for it before I would be joined my travel. I know that conducting leisure time with planning or not planning are both perfect ways. However, the reasons why I prefer making a milestone in advance are efficiency and financial matters.

It is undeniable that artificial intelligence or robotic technology has become more important to people’s lives recently. These technologies were introduced and applied to many jobs such as cashier or call centre employees to decrease workload and human employment. Artificial intelligence also has been proposed in the near future for transportation to replace the driver thus users will only travel as passengers. In my opinion, I believe that the benefits of driverless transport are beyond the disadvantages. The reason will be outlined in this essay.

Every individual need to have some room for expressing and feeling his or her creativity. In this sense, Aesthetics which plays a crucial role allows more feelings of sensitivity. In my opinion, we cannot totally ignore human creativity, so spending more funds on this should be balanced.

Over the past few decades, the standard of living of people has improved considerably. Also, it is now seen that they invest in luxury items more than ever before.
