Education is the basic right of every human being. A group of educationalists believes that institutions should send their students to foreign countries for exchange visits at different levels of their studies. I strongly agree with the statement. This essay will shed light on the topic and will give its opinion in the end.
Individuals believe that managers should depend on themselves while making decisions, whilst others prefer thinking that employees are also valuable in this process. On the one hand, seniors are the most qualified in their team. However, teamwork makes decision-making easier. I think that more beneficial is cooperation than work alone.
