In your opinion, should school be compulsory for all children, or should families be allowed the right to choose to educate their children at home? Support your opinion with reasons and examples from your own knowledge and experience.

Homeschooling families are becoming common in most parts of the world. Many people assume a traditional school is obligatory for all children, whereas some would design their own course of study for their children at home. In this topic, I will highlight reasons why homeschooling is a good choice or a wrong decision.

In many countries, plastic shopping bags are the main source of rubbish. They cause water and land pollution, and so they should be banned. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

A highly controversial phenomenon today relates and society is divided into two groups as per the distinct mindset of different folk. Therefore, this has become a hotly debated issue of whether plastic bags should be banned. I firmly agree and withstand the vision and further elaborate my arguments in the forthcoming paragraphs.

In the contemporary epoch, there are individuals who prefer to explore foreign countries rather than their homeland. Whereas the others share an opposite opinion and they enjoy travelling across their own country. Personally, I strongly agree with the latter one.

Nowadays, although individual freedom is upheld, we greatly value rules and laws in society. The community could not work if all people are allowed to do anything they want. In my point of view, I totally agree with this statement for various reasons which should be carefully considered.

Nowadays, there are many updates in technology every period of time. I completely disagree with this idea because I believe that the newest is always better than the old stuff.

Following the advent of the internet, news can be read online with one click or with a touch of a screen in this modern society. It’s argued that in the future, traditional newspapers or printed books will have no buyers because there is free access to online news or e-books. This essay totally agrees with this statement. I believe that as online publications can offer the fresh and latest news every hour while printed ones cannot and also there is no payment required, readers will choose the more convenient source of information in long run.

People have differing views about whether advances in food technology are considered harmful or beneficial. In my opinion, while there are certain threats to the environment, the benefits of food technology to humans outweigh the drawbacks.

While a group of people believe that government should focus solely on the economy, the others think that there are other progresses such as education and freedom of speech should take the same attention to the economy for getting a developed country. I personally agree with the second party, in the following paragraphs, both views will be discussed in detail.

Modern technology has made books enable to be read online and available for free with a wide range of choices which will affect the vanish of printed books in the future. In my opinion, there is an increasing trend of using this online platform to read books because of convenience. So, while it is still important to conserve paper-based books, digital books are beneficial for people to expand their knowledge without a border.

Currently, lots of adults want to be self-employed instead of working for a company or organisation. There are various reasons to run own' business. In my point of view, it is better to work for a particular organisation in comparison with, being self-employed.

The countryside is usually characterized by attributes that are peculiar to different societies, some being forest reserves or farm settlements in some countries while some are seen as sites for city expansions in some other countries. Choices as to what the purpose of the environment should be have been a recurring topic of discussion. Some people believe that these sites should be made available for building new homes. I, however, disagree with this, and my reasons are explained in the following essay.

The advertising industry has been growing very rapidly and companies are not sparing any place to promote their products. Sponsoring sports has been proven to be a very effective way of promotion. Some people expound that sponsoring sports for advertisements is good whereas some people are against it. However, I support sponsoring sports for advertisements has more benefits. In the paragraphs to follow, I will discuss both sides and put forth my opinion.
