Pets are known for their companionships over the centuries. While many argue that they might be harmful to children, others claim it’s good for them in many ways. Since this debate can never be over, I’m supporting those who say it’s beneficial, for its many positive effects on us. In this essay, I’ll explain my best arguments and evidence.

I partly agree that criminal behaviour may be related to nature because of DNA. However, I agree to the fullest extent that a child can be an honest person provided he or she was brought up in a good family with certain values and taught the right things. These points will be examined in the essay.

In this essay, I will suggest that being technologically savvy is the primary advantage of early computer exposure, whilst losing childhood time to socialise and the contingency of facing health issues are some drawbacks.

These days, human beings' life became more and more developed with advanced technology and rapid globalization. This considerably led humans to be even busier to learn new knowledge and information. Some people questioned keeping old traditions and customs. In my opinion, I believe that past and present should be balanced but keeping traditions is crucial.

With the introduction of modern-day transportation systems like commercial aeroplanes and high-speed railroads, tourism became more and more prevalent and accessible to most people. Despite having obvious advantages like generating value for the economy, it also has a lot of drawbacks, some of which can be very concerning and need to be addressed quickly. If we do not take care of and tackle these problems, the negative impacts of tourism can eventually trumps all its benefits. I will elaborate more on this in the next paragraph.

It is almost undeniable at this point that climate change might be the most dangerous threat that humanity has to encounter and will need to be addressed immediately. Even though an abrupt change in climate around the world might force people to adjust their way of living and therefore, give new ideas for businesses to come up with new products. I believe that in long term the impacts that climate change has on both people and businesses around the globe will trump its benefit and I will elaborate more on this in the following paragraphs.

Several pieces of research have shown that the level of crime has a positive correlation with the level of education. Because of that, some people believe that giving education to prisoners can help on reducing the level of criminal activities. While I agree with that statement to a certain degree, I do not believe that it is all that is required to solve this problem. To reduce crimes, we must define the causes and try to find a way to prevent them from the beginning. I will elaborate more on this in the following paragraphs.

During the period of economic growth, more and more people will own homes, and the demand for housing rises while supply is limited. As a result of this phenomenon, it begs the question of where new housing should be built. In the already well-developed cities or in the new areas that have not been established yet. I believe there are advantages and disadvantages to both options, I will elaborate more on this debate in the following paragraphs.

Unfortunately, many individuals do not conserve the streets and space where they live clean and organized because they think that's the government's responsibility, while others claim that it must be our job as citizens to keep everything clean. In my opinion, of course is our duty to maintain everywhere we go clean and brilliant, and I will demonstrate my point of view in the following lines.

People prefer to pay approximately all their payments with the banking instruments like credit cards and loans. Because, there are numerous benefits such as the ability to long-term debt payments, diminished carrying of cash, easily affordable luxuries and usefulness for online shopping. However, overusing cards and loans have negative influences. I strongly believe that moderate use of these instruments is more precious.

This is always a hot topic for debate about that should pupils give suggestions to the teaching methodology of the tutors at secondary educational centres while some advocates of education institutions urge that it may increase disrespectful behaviour towards them. I support the prior notion and both the opinions along with mine will be explicated in the following paragraphs with justifiable exemplifications.
