In some periods, more journal channels tend to focus on negative events rather than highlighting moral and honourable moments. This, in my opinion, explains why people are more attracted to pessimistic stories. However, I firmly believe that journalists should write both good and bad news objectively.

I partially agree with the latter; for more severe experiences, they would have to make amends for their sins regardless of the death penalty being an extreme form of punishment.
