The developed technology enables people to carry out online meetings and training, and many companies are willing to do so. I personally reckon that this kind of communication creates more advantages than disadvantages, since the flexibility and efficiency the employees seek are far more important than the environment in the meeting room.

Nowadays, considering certain countries population census there has been a significant change. The number of youths residents climbed more than elders tremendously. In that scenario, the young generation supports to development economics and health sectors of the country. However, the lack of senior citizens causes to a reduction of experienced labourers.
