Different cultures have their personal ways of encouraging children. One of the comments is the amount of effort they put in will be paid off in the future. This essay will discuss the pros and cons of this kind of encouragement.

Nowadays, people might consider living in a house, which is outweighed by a high rise. During the pandemic, many companies introduce work from home policy. It makes both employers and employees realise that there are no boundaries to delivering quality work that is not only limited to the office. From my perspective, living in a house could have much more benefits than a high rise. Let me illustrate my viewpoints in the below paragraphs.

Nowadays people tend to work overtime and spend less time on their own time such as accompanying family and hobbies. Even though working overtime can benefit to a certain degree, the drawback cannot be overlooked as well. In my opinion, long time working can have advantages to some extent, however, it cannot underestimate the problem it caused.
