Nowadays, automatic or semi-automatic machines are applied to more and more aspects of our life. If we are observant enough, we can see that some companies are now using computer programmes to calculate what discounts level are best for generating sales and profit, and some restaurants are using robots to hand dishes to customers. This arouses a disagreement between many people on whether it is beneficial to our society.

Hard work has a value in our life. In this contemporary world, people are attempting to improve their standard of living compared to others . Moreover, they are able to do many things , sacrifices and commitments to enhance their quality lifestyle. Wherever in some society , adults are encouraging their offspring to do many tuff tasks which will help them to fulfil their future dreams . Some of them argued the above statement have advantages as well as disadvantages. In this essay I will discuss these two sides and eventually, I will give my opinion too.

It is thought by some people that renting a house is more convenient than buying a house. However, renting a home has many benefits, but it can also cause some drawbacks. Firstly, people can live with their owner's choices. For instance, if they do not like the environment, they can move to another place after living there for 3 to 6 months, whereas people who buy the house must have to live there for a long time. In addition to this, they can also reduce the number of outcomes. In other words, people don't need to pay higher taxes and repair the accommodation while buying have to play along with taxes.
