It is widely believed by sales companies that almost all people are motivated by money and it makes them work harder. Personally, I completely agree with this statement for a variety of reasons and give some factors when searching for new sales staff.

As technology continues to develop, life in this era becomes more convenient as people now rather spend their time on streaming services, and computers alone than spending time with their friends and family.
