The way we work has changed over the past decade. There is no doubt that there is increasing the number of freelancers. Whilst some people still travel to their place of work each day, others have the option to work from home without spending their time on the way. This essay will discuss both cons and pros of this statement.

Some of the individuals’ work is completely connected with computers and there is no way to work without them. This essay will discuss the both cons and pros of this statement.

Though, people working from their houses tend to reduce the amount of money or cost spent a month, and also the risk of travelling every year to work, however, there is still a drawback in people's social lives. In my opinion, achieving work-related targets from their houses with minimal resources spent on countless occasion is more beneficial even when one's social life will deplete.

Children are often advised differently, according to their traditions, on the ways to work hard in order to accomplish tasks. This would encourage them to focus on the task without any distractions even if they deviate from the track sometimes. While reminding children to work hard might motivate them, but constantly doing so will certainly have some drawbacks.
